CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT
When you reserve, you may either pay in full or pay monthly installments, depending on what we agree in our conversation. Upon receipt of your payment, I will send you a confirmation of your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, injury or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but I have costs already going into play when reserving retreat accommodations. I have designed the cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, I strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
Policy: If you need to cancel more than 90 days prior to the start of the retreat you will receive 50% to dedicate to a future retreat. Less than 90 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive no refunds or credits given. All installments will need to be paid in full 20 days before retreat, even if you won’t be able to make it.
BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS RETREAT:
First Installment: $150 Due June 1st, 2019
Second Installment: $150 Due July 15th, 2019
Third Installment: $186 Due August 9th, 2019

IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• You cancel your participation in the retreat
• Retreat is cancelled during retreat due to weather or natural disaster
• Lost baggage
• Medical expenses
Travel Insurance can be purchased online at roughly $25.00 and needs to be attained 14 days before the retreat.
IF THE RETREAT ITSELF GETS CANCELLED
While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason prior to the retreat date, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
